These terms apply when you use Split Lands, a free online board game run by Stjepan Suton. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for your account.
- Pick a username that does not insult, impersonate or harass anyone. We may rename or remove accounts that break this.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account menu.
Playing fair
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, overload the servers or try to access other players' accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
Split Lands is in beta and free. It is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. Games, statistics and leagues may be reset while the game is in beta. We may change or end the service and these terms; we will post changes on this page.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise we are not liable for lost game progress or indirect damage, as far as the law allows. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
